  • President & CEO

    Mark’s passion for emergency medical services ignited early and has only grown stronger over the years. With extensive hands-on experience and a relentless drive for excellence, he has evolved into a visionary leader who has propelled both his career and the Brewster family legacy to new heights within the EMS community.

    Under Mark’s leadership, Brewster Ambulance Service has become a pillar of excellence, innovation, and integrity. His strategic vision has transformed EMS operations, improving response times, clinical care, technology, and field services. Today, Brewster operates a fleet of over 300 vehicles, completing more than 280,000 transports annually across three states.

    Mark’s commitment goes far beyond business success — he is dedicated to making a lasting impact. His leadership has positioned Brewster at the forefront of EMS initiatives, ensuring patients receive the highest quality care while communities benefit from state-of-the-art emergency medical services. Continually embracing challenges, Mark pushes the boundaries of innovation to enhance patient outcomes and redefine excellence in the EMS field.

  • Vice President

    George Brewster, Jr. is the Vice President of Brewster Ambulance Service.  George Brewster, Jr. grew up working at the original Brewster Ambulance under the leadership of his father.  By 1993, George became an operations supervisor for our Boston Division supervising and managing the day-to-day operations for multiple 911 systems and for 50 ambulances with over 225 crew members.

    Before coming back into the industry, George owned multiple car wash locations in Quincy. He specializes in multiple aspects of the ambulance service, but his true passion is for vehicles, maintenance, equipment, and supplies. George has built a diverse team with a solid foundation and runs a system within the company that ensures everything is functioning at peak performance.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Courtney brings over 20 years of experience as a health care executive, advisor and board member to her role as President and Chief Operating Officer.  She has a strong track of scaling organizations and driving value to stakeholders through innovative, person-centered care models.  Her ability to design transformative health care models and lead teams to execution in challenging environments is demonstrated in the success of two nationally recognized organizations

    Prior to joining Brewster, she served as the COO then President of Markets at Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) where she led CCA’s turnaround. She then led the growth strategy and spearheaded the organization’s first geographic and product expansions. She also served as chair of four subsidiary market boards and as a director of instead, a mobile integrated health company.

    Previously, Courtney held various senior executive roles at Beacon Health Options (now Carelon), leading national expansion to cover 45 million lives across 50 states.  

    Courtney is dedicated to advancing person-centered care and community impact. She serves on her town’s Advisory Board and holds an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA in political science from Merrimack College.

  • Chief Clinical Officer

    Chris has been overseeing clinical development, quality assurance, education, and research related to pre-hospital medicine at Brewster Ambulance Service since 2011. With over 30 years of experience in pre-hospital care, he was part of the original Brewster Ambulance team in the 1990s.

    After relocating to Denver, Colorado, to further his EMS career, Chris returned to Massachusetts, where he worked with various non-transport, hospital-based advanced life support services along the South Shore. He also spent a decade as a flight paramedic with Boston MedFlight and served as the Tactical Medical Element Leader for the Metropolitan Law Enforcement Council, the Quincy Police Marine Unit, and the FBI Boston SWAT Advanced Life Support Division.

    A graduate of Northeastern University, Chris has extensive training in Advanced Trauma Life Support and Fundamentals of Critical Care Support for both adult and pediatric patients. His diverse background and commitment to excellence have made him a vital asset to Brewster Ambulance Service.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    With over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Jason currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Brewster Ambulance Service, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations. Joining Brewster in April 2024, he brings a proven record of accomplishment in driving financial efficiency and strategic growth across multiple industries, including biotechnology and healthcare.

    Before Brewster, Jason was the Associate Director of Accounting and Finance at Invivyd, where he spearheaded the transformation of accounting operations, leading the implementation of key financial systems and reducing the financial close process from 15+ days to just 6 days. Before Invivyd, he held senior finance roles at Cerevel Therapeutics and Renovia Inc., where he supported IPO preparations, led financial analysis, and implemented advanced financial planning tools. His diverse experience includes managing teams, overseeing corporate accounting, and supporting capital raises.

    A certified expert in financial modeling, GAAP, and pre-IPO processes, Jason consistently demonstrates strong leadership in navigating companies through critical phases of growth and transition. He is passionate about building collaborative teams, improving operational efficiencies, and delivering strategic financial insight to enhance organizational performance.

  • Chief Administrative Officer

    Jacque is the Chief Administrative Officer of Brewster Ambulance Service, where she provides strategic oversight for both Risk and Human Resources departments. Joining Brewster in 2021 as Director of Risk Management, Jacqueline initially managed the company’s Captive Insurance program and broker relationships. With a career spanning over 25 years in risk management and human resources, Jacqueline has consistently demonstrated expertise in reducing workplace, auto, and liability claim frequency and severity across multiple locations. Her success in these areas led to her promotion to CAO, where she now drives key strategic initiatives.

    Before her work in the ambulance industry, Jacqueline held progressively senior roles in property and casualty insurance, workers’ compensation, liability claims, and HR. Her previous roles included Assistant Vice President of Claims and Regional Director of Human Resource Management. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management from Bridgewater State University, graduating summa cum laude. Her depth of experience, commitment to operational excellence, and leadership make her an indispensable part of the Brewster team.

  • Chief Medical Officer

     Dr. Muse is a board-certified emergency physician who has over 30 years of experience in the field.  He has been practicing at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital for the last eleven years.  Dr. Muse has also served as EMS medical director overseeing 13 departments and agencies.  For the last five years, he has assisted the local district attorney’s offices in advising and training law enforcement agencies in the use of nasal naloxone. This initiative was recently extended to school nurses and trainers in the Plymouth, Norfolk, and Middlesex County communities.  Dr. Muse also works with local communities speaking on the issue of substance abuse at schools and community organizations. For the last four years, he has also served as medical advisor for the Municipal Police Training Center.

  • Senior Director of Data Analytics

    Jeff Cronin is a seasoned EMS leader with over 30 years of experience in emergency medical services, pre-hospital care, and data management. Born, raised, and residing in the South Shore, Jeff brings a deep commitment to his community and a unique combination of analytical expertise and healthcare knowledge to his role as Senior Director of Data and Analytics at Brewster Ambulance. Known for transforming complex data into actionable insights, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic initiatives and advancing operational excellence.

    Jeff’s career in EMS began as an EMT, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care and emergency response. His dedication to the field led him to pursue further education, including earning a paramedic certification from Cape and Islands Community College. Moving into positions such as Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) and EMD Supervisor, Jeff gained essential skills in resource coordination and high-pressure decision-making while ensuring each call met stringent benchmarks for accuracy and response times.

    Beyond his operational roles, Jeff established a comprehensive medical call center from the ground up, designed to manage inbound home healthcare inquiries, monitor in-home telehealth, and oversee mobile integrated healthcare dispatching. His experience expanded through roles as Operational Systems Controller, Communications Manager, Business Account Manager, and, ultimately, Director of Communications. In each of these positions, Jeff demonstrated excellence in facilitating communication, fostering collaboration, and upholding high service standards across teams and client relationships.

    Now, as Senior Director of Data and Analytics, Jeff leverages his extensive EMS experience and data-driven approach to support Brewster Ambulance Service in making impactful, informed decisions that benefit both the organization and the communities it serves.

  • Vice President of Business Development

    Patrick began his career as an EMT in 2008 and has since progressed through several key roles at Brewster Ambulance Service. From 2008 to 2016, he served as a Hospital Liaison, connecting our team with hospital partners and ensuring smooth ambulance operations. Patrick then took on the role of Director of Navigator Services, where he focused on building strong relationships with all accounts.

    He then joined the operations team as the Regional Manager for Boston and Worcester, collaborating with colleagues to provide the best care possible. Currently, Patrick serves as the Vice President of Business Development, where he focuses on responsible growth while nurturing important relationships. He loves being engaged in the community and is dedicated to improving customer service and the overall patient experience at Brewster Ambulance Service.

  • Director of Education

    Since founding Comprehensive Medical Teaching Institute in 2009, Keith Wilson has been a driving force in the EMS industry, leveraging over 30 years of diverse experience. His career began as a field paramedic with Boston EMS and Brewster Ambulance Service where he honed his skills in high-pressure situations. In addition to his paramedic background, Keith serves as a career Fire Lieutenant, bringing invaluable leadership and insight to emergency medical services. In 2016, he took on an expanded role with Brewster Ambulance Service as the Director of Education, where he and his team are responsible for all educational services for team members and municipal partners.

    Keith's educational background is impressive. He is a graduate of the UMBC Critical Care Paramedicine Program and the Cape and Islands School of Paramedicine. His commitment to professional development is further exemplified by his attendance at the prestigious Emergency Service Management Program at the University of Richmond.

    Recognized as an expert in his field, Keith holds multiple EMS teaching credentials, underscoring his dedication to advancing emergency medical education. His leadership continues to shape the future of EMS training, making a significant impact on both the community and the EMS profession.
