Job Description

The Front Desk Clerk works in a fast-paced setting and provides clerical support to the Billing Department and Quality Assurance Department as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Quality Assurance in analyzing trips for quality and compliance per billing guidelines

  • Assist in monitoring workflows to track and report missing data

  • Operate office equipment such as a fax, copier and the phone system

  • Scan and attach documents to the system

  • Process mail returns and update the system with the correct information

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person

  • Maintain compliance and HIPAA regulations

  • Miscellaneous office support


  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

  • Proficient in knowledge of the computer and Microsoft Outlook

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs and work environment

  • Excellent customer service skills, friendly and professional


  • Full time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
