The Health Care Landscape has Changed. How We Do Business Has Not.

We are demonstrating EMS Leadership

As the health care landscape evolved with changes in managed care and hospital accountability, we noticed an alarming trend rising in the ambulance industry: degraded care, poor customer service and less-than-optimal equipment being used to transport and care for patients.

This went against everything the Brewster family is about, so we have committed ourselves to establish a new definition of EMS quality to the industry and our market in the hope that others will follow suit.

Being a leader is about demonstrating knowledge and experience as well as investing in people and the best equipment to get the work done right.

WE DON'T just WANT TO DO IT BETTER. WE ARE SETTING NEW BENCHMARKS IN EMS EXCELLENCE.

Initially, we went back to the basics and what our family became known for: quality care and customer service. Bigger is not always better.

The systemization and commercialization of ambulance service has diminished the importance of real care of real people. People who have apprehension, worry about their condition and what’s next. People who need the reassurance of a simple gesture like an extra blanket, a warm smile or a gentler touch.

Together we can achieve it

Showing community pride

We are here to stay. Our goal is to redefine EMS and build an organization that is people-focused and grounded in our family values. Every day we have an opportunity to set an example in our communities, for our patients and our team. We are learning, growing and partnering with the right resources who align with our vision and believe we can do it.

This is our legacy, and it is to the benefit of every patient and community we care for.
